Privacy Policies

Special Orders

  • Any item not stocked is considered a special order.

  • All special orders require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit and are subject to cancellation or exchange.

  • ESTIMATED arrival date for merchandise on special orders is APPROXIMATELY 6-8 WEEKS but due to the nature of special ordering we CANNOT guarantee your specific arrival date.

  • Balance shall be paid in full and merchandise scheduled for delivery within 14 days from the time all merchandise is received in our warehouse.

  • Customer will be charged a $25.00 weekly storage fee for merchandise held over 14 days.

 

Returns

  • Within three days if not completely satisfied with the color, size, comfort, or quality of merchandise, with a 25% restocking fee, customer may reselect another item of equal or greater value.

  • Clearance items and items sold AS IS are non-refundable or exchangeable. 

  • Mattress sets, bedding, pillows, mattress pads are non-returnable or exchangeable.


Refunds

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL


Lay-A-Way

  • Lay-a-way requires at least 20% initial deposit and you must make a payment every thirty days to keep account active.

  • All moneys contributed to lay-a-way are non-refundable BUT WILL BE CONVERTED TO INSTORE CREDIT.

  • Merchandise will not be ordered until at least 80% of the purchase is paid and the customer advises us of their intended pay-off/pick-up or delivery date.

  • In some instances of longer lay-a-way, manufactures may discontinue items that have been placed on lay-a-way that we obviously would not be able to order on pay-off of the lay-a-way... we except no responsibility for these instances, but will do our best to substitute equal quality and value for our customers. 

  • All lay-a-way must be paid in full within 90 days of the purchase date.


Merchandise Pick-Up

  • Pick-up hours are WED-SAT 10:00AM-6PM and SUN 12:00PM-5:00PM.

  • For questions regarding availability of the merchandise, please contact your sales associate.

  • Customers must present their sales receipt to pick-up merchandise.

  • Merchandise that is picked up may be in cartons and require assembly. Due to the nature of furniture shipped in cartons, we are unable to assemble product at our warehouse.

  • We will be pleased to assist you in loading your merchandise, however it is your responsibility to provide blanket/covers, rope, and to verify that your merchandise is properly loaded and then secured by you before leaving the dock.

  • Customer signature on the pick-up ticket will verify acknowledge of receipt of merchandise in good condition.

  • We are not responsible for any damages that may occur after leaving our dock.


Delivery Guidelines
DELIVERIES ARE PROVIDED BY “SMOOTH MOVES DELIVERIES”-

  • Delivery fees will be charged each time a truck delivers or picks up merchandise.

  • Deliveries include delivery to one address.

  • Deliveries include in-room drop only.

  • Set up/and or removal of merchandise is available for an additional cost.

  • Prior to our arrival, please remove old furniture and clear pathways to unobstructed access for our delivery team.

  • Our delivery service is restricted from moving any electronic equipment or existing furniture in the home.

  • Customer must arrange to be home or have a responsible adult (18 yrs. or older) there accept and sign for delivery.


Warranty from Manufacture

  • We offer a limited manufacture warranty to the original purchaser, which may be according to the brand and model.

  • Warranties only cover defects in workmanship and construction that occurs under normal use and care.

  • Warranties do not cover wear ability or merchandise subject to misuse, negligence, or accidents.

  • Warranty claims, in regard to your merchandise or delivery, must be reported to our store manager within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.

  • We reserve the right to have certified service technician evaluate and/or repair any defects before further action is taken per the manufactures limited warranty.

  • At our discretion, we will repair or replace defective merchandise.

  • Please contact your sales associate regarding your manufactures warranty.

  • Backorders and Discontinuation of Stock.

  • If any item you ordered has been discontinued or back ordered you will be contacted immediately, and given the option to cancel your order with no cancelation fee.


Additional Information

  • Returned checks will have a $35.00 charge per check

  • We offer a furniture protection plan, which we highly recommend. Protection plans must be purchased prior to receipt of merchandise. Please see your sales associate for further details.
