Return Policy
Special Orders
  • Any item not stocked is considered a special order.

  • All special orders require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit and are subject to cancellation or exchange.

  • ESTIMATED arrival date for merchandise on special orders is APPROXIMATELY 6-8 WEEKS but due to the nature of special ordering we 

  • CANNOT guarantee your specific arrival date.

  • Balance shall be paid in full and merchandise scheduled for delivery within 14 days from the time all merchandise is received in our warehouse.

  • Customer will be charged a $25.00 weekly storage fee for merchandise held over 14 days.

  • Within three days if not completely satisfied with the color, size, comfort, or quality of merchandise, with a 25% restocking fee, customer may reselect another item of equal or greater value.

  • Clearance items and items sold AS IS are non-refundable or exchangeable. 

  • Mattress sets, bedding, pillows, mattress pads are non-returnable or exchangeable.


Delivery Guidelines


  • Delivery fees will be charged each time a truck delivers or picks up merchandise.

  • Deliveries include delivery to one address.

  • Deliveries include in-room drop only.

  • Set up/and or removal of merchandise is available for an additional cost.

  • Prior to our arrival, please remove old furniture and clear pathways to unobstructed access for our delivery team.

  • Our delivery service is restricted from moving any electronic equipment or existing furniture in the home.

  • Customer must arrange to be home or have a responsible adult (18 yrs. or older) there accept and sign for delivery.

Warranty from Manufacture
  • We offer a limited manufacture warranty to the original purchaser, which may be according to the brand and model.

  • Warranties only cover defects in workmanship and construction that occurs under normal use and care.

  • Warranties do not cover wear ability or merchandise subject to misuse, negligence, or accidents.

  • Warranty claims, in regard to your merchandise or delivery, must be reported to our store manager within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.

  • We reserve the right to have certified service technician evaluate and/or repair any defects before further action is taken per the manufactures limited warranty.

  • At our discretion, we will repair or replace defective merchandise.

  • Please contact your sales associate regarding your manufactures warranty.

  • Backorders and Discontinuation of Stock 

  • If any item you ordered has been discontinued or back ordered you will be contacted immediately, and given the option to cancel your order with no 

  • cancelation fee.

Additional Information
  • Returned checks will have a $35.00 charge per check

  • We offer a furniture protection plan, which we highly recommend. Protection plans must be purchased prior to receipt of merchandise. Please see your sales associate for further details.
